If you have a problem with Umana web

  1. Start by refreshing the browser page:
    Click the Refresh icon on your browser,

If you still have a problem, try these

  1. Log off (click the right-most icon on the top navigation bar);
    then log back on. This will refresh your personal data.

  2. Open the left navigation drawer (by clicking ) on the Umana page and click the Clear Cache option. This will clear standard code tables and configuration options cached in the browser.
